Silver Bus Aftermarket department is responsible for all the aftermarket business of Silver Bus. It includes three business departments and two service centers. That is Service& Training office, Parts office and Dealer Development office, and Shenzhen Service Center and Xi’an Service Center. Aftermarket department covers the following function: technical support, training, publication, repair, 24 hours emergency service, parts supply, service net development, aftermarket business development. Silver Bus aftermarket dept. are developing itself into a commercial technical department in accordance with customer support concept “meet and exceed customer’s expectation”.
Main functions of aftermarket department:
1. Provide aftermarket service and technical support for all Silver Bus products
2. Provide training for drivers and technicians and all the technical materials with Chinese and English versions
3. Provide parts materials such as parts supply and parts publications for Silver Bus products
4. Set up and develop service net for aftermarket dealers
5. Organize and Implement aftermarket commercial business
Silver Bus aftermarket network:
Silver Bus aftermarket dealers are authorized to be responsible for the local repair and parts supply according to Silver Bus aftermarket service need, and provides the aftermarket service to the customers, including service and maintenance, 24 emergency service, parts supply, technical support and technical publications on behalf Silver Bus. At present, there are 26 commercial dealers, service stations and service points in 18 provinces and cities. |
