Registered by the Shaanxi provincial Industrial and Commercial Administration Bureau on July 25,1996,the company was established in the Yanliang Industry Garden of Xi'an Economical Development Zone,in 1998.The product technical development, sales and after-sales service center was established in Qingdao Haier Industry Garden. The production factory was established in Qingdao in Nov,1998.The Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Committee issued the High-tech Enterprise Confirming Certificate to the Company in Jan,1999.
