Single-Layer
Aluminum Panel
 Single-Layer
Aluminum Panel is the second generation product in the metal
curtain wall and it adopts the material of 3 to 2mm anti-rust
aluminum sheet. Its process procedures are as follows: firstly
performing sheet metal machining to the designed overall dimension
(shearing,cutting, ramming, folding, rolling, welding and etc.),then
using electrostatic spraying method to apply fluorocarbon coating
(KAYAN-500) to the outer surface of the sheet after surface
treatment. This coating is a kind of hi- tech
coating, which can be free of decolourisation,powdering,efflorescence
after being exposed to the sun 10 years so as to make the building
luxury and elegant as the designer wanted.
At present,fluorocarbon single-layer panel is a main index
to judge a building appearance. It is firm, reliable convenient
for installation and low in cost. It has an obvious advantage
in machining. It can be machined to different shapes,such as
flat panel, arc panel and hyperboloidal panel.

Honeycomb
Panel
Honeycomb panel is third generation product in the metal
curtain wall. Characterized by light weight and high strength,
the honeycomb sandwich structure is widely used in the aviation
and space product. With the technology developed and the cost
reduced, honeycomb panel began to be used for the outer decoration
of the building in 1990's.
The typical structure of the aluminum curtain wall panel adopts
1mm anti-rust aluminum sheet as
outer layer,0.5mm anti-rust aluminum sheet as inner layer and
aluminum honeycomb core as middle layer. The curtain wall panel
is a kind of sandwich laminate after bonded, which is free from
decolourisation after 10 years exposure to the air if its outer
sheet is applied with layer of fluorocarbon coating.
Aluminum honeycomb panel is the high grade panel at present.
It is characterized by light weight and high strength. Its surface
flatness is so good that the other kinds of panels can not be
compared to. In addition,it can be machined on site with the
surface free from color difference,so it is more and more widely
adopted in the modern building by the architects.
